Ghee with Milk
Ghee is a high source of butyric acid. Butyric acid improves intestinal metabolism which helps in the movement of stools. So, take one teaspoon of ghee in a cup of hot milk. Drink it right before to sleep. It is a fantastic way to eliminate constipation the following day.
